Man kind nearly destroyed the Earth with their fuels and neglect. Innovative ideas kept it alive but just barely. We suffered many losses but out of it rose up Xydrate city. A domed city that protects from harmful UV rays. Here you can live happily and comfortably, if you have the money for it.

Outside of Xydrate are the people kept shunned. The Kurosagi. They are humans that have gone further in the chain of evolution. Belittled and turned away for their abilities they live in poverty and dream of entering Xydrate. With the Aria Force about to prevent their entry this is indeed a difficult task.

-The Selection Ceremony-

Once every five years the Wall opens its doors. People are allowed to take tours and see what goes on here. The public will be allowed to see the Psychics that are trained here and watch police officers choose their partners. It is the only time officers are allowed to choose who their partner will be and the public is allowed direct contact with the Psychics even if they themselves are not officers of the law.

Well as many may or may not have noticed the activity here has really really died down. This is because I, Zion, your admin has really lost interest in all themed sites. It becomes too much to keep up with my own story lines and I feel as if I don't do well to include everyone and I also have left others feeling like their ideas will never be played or are not important. So I decided to create a free style rp board.

What does this mean?

Well for one Bound by Blood is closing. But you can continue to play your characters/ ideas from here on the free style board I have made as I will do so with the characters I have made here. It also means you can make your threads over there and no one will/can tell you what you can't or can do. You will not be restricted to a board-wide plot as each thread is a plot of its own that affects only you and whomever else plays in your thread.
